Culinarily, the Hirschen stands for “Jurassic Cuisine,” featuring authentic products from the Jura region and passionate local producers. These culinary treasures include heritage breeds from Hof Horn, Burgundy truffles from Fricktal, saffron from Hendschiken, as well as Pata Bianca and Pata Negra from the Alcala brothers, and what Bernard Antony deems the best cheese in the world—the Vacherin Mont d’Or from the Vallée de Joux. Additionally, the Hirschen provides an ideal place for successful seminars, with above-average, specially designed Seminar House.
