The contemporary family-run business is located in the countryside right next to the town of Aarau at the entrance to the “Jurapark Aargau”. The unique wine rooms are personally inspired and inspired by famous winegrowers and newcomers to the Swiss wine scene.

In culinary terms, the Hirschen stands for “Jurassic Cuisine” – with original products from the Jura chain such as beef from the Horn farm, truffles from the Fricktal, saffron from Hendschiken or the world-famous Vacherin Mont d’Or. The Hirschen also offers an ideal setting for seminars with its own seminar house.
