The new Caspar Wolf Hall is a real gem. It connects the new hotel building (the former Caspar Wolf House) with the completely renovated "Ochsen" and offers space for up to 130 people.

It is suitable for events of all kinds, especially family occasions such as weddings, but also for club meetings, seminars and corporate events. Thanks to its excellent acoustics, the Caspar Wolf Hall is also the perfect venue for cultural events.

In the modern Gasthof Adler with its unique conservatory, chef Sebastian Rabe will spoil you with uncomplicated but surprising Murian cuisine. The dishes served are traditional in the broadest sense. Local farmers provide the ingredients, which Rabe's team prepares with great respect and the creativity of contemporary gastronomy.

An exciting potpourri of regional and national wines, enriched with special wines from nearby countries that match the concept, round off the culinary offering. The "Adler Lounge", where cocktails and snacks are also served, provides particularly relaxing moments.

In the "Ochsen" restaurant, guests experience a new form of cuisine: cooking is done with fire - the oldest cooking technique in the world. Head chef Sebastian Rabe and his team rely on open fires, smoke, charcoal and various types of wood such as oak, alder or juniper to create a small, sophisticated selection of a la carte dishes as well as a multi-course surprise menu.

The focus is on sustainability, regionality and creativity. The ingredients are sourced from regional producers and suppliers, so each dish tells its own story. The wine cellar is stocked with fine wines from Switzerland and Europe.
