The careful and gentle handling of the food that we source regionally is at the heart of our kitchen philosophy. This results in a balanced mix of meat and fish dishes as well as a diverse selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Because we believe that a wine tastes best where it comes from, we have specialized in Swiss and especially Eastern Swiss produce.
